Maak het verschil op de werf: waar veiligheid écht begint
Als Veiligheidsadviseur ben je de spil tussen werkvoorbereiding en uitvoering. Je werkt aan een groot infrastructuurproject te Antwerpen: ringweg, tunnels, afbraak viaduct. Je denkt mee vóór de eerste schop de grond in gaat en staat naast de mensen op de werf wanneer het werk loopt. Jij bewaakt de naleving van wet- en regelgeving, maar vooral: jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen aan het einde van de dag veilig naar huis gaat.
Wat ga je doen?
- Je stelt de RI&E voor de uitvoeringsfase op en zorgt dat de beheersmaatregelen in de praktijk werken.
- Je toetst of afgesproken maatregelen correct worden toegepast en opgevolgd.
- Je loopt werkplekinspecties en signaleert risico’s, voordat ze problemen worden.
- Je beoordeelt V&G-plannen en werkplannen van werkpakkethouders en onderaannemers.
- Je beoordeelt taak-risicoanalyses en bijbehorende werkvergunningen van de uitvoering.
- Je adviseert en ondersteunt de veiligheidsorganisatie bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken.
- Je schuift op verzoek aan bij kick-offmetingen en start-werkbesprekingen.
- Je signaleert, beoordeelt en meldt onveilige situaties en volgt ze tot het eind op.
- Je werkt mee aan onderzoek naar ongevallen en incidenten, zodat we ervan leren.
- Je stelt toolboxen op en stimuleert veiligheidsvoorlichting op de werf.
- Je versterkt de veiligheidscultuur en neemt initiatief voor veiligheidscampagnes.
Je hebt de ruimte én de bevoegdheid om werkzaamheden op elk moment stil te leggen als er een potentieel risico is voor personen of omgeving. Die bevoegdheid heeft overigens iedere medewerker binnen het project: veiligheid is van ons allemaal. Jij vervult een adviserende en ondersteunende rol, zonder budgettaire of hiërarchische lijnverantwoordelijkheid. Zo kun je je volledig richten op wat je het beste kunt: vakkundig adviseren en mensen meekrijgen.
Wat breng je mee?
- Een getuigschrift Veiligheidscoördinator niveau B (niveau A is een pluspunt)
- Preventieadviseur niveau 2
- Een VOL-VCA-certificaat (Veiligheid voor Operationeel Leidinggevenden)
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur in de civiele bouw
- Vlot Nederlands en Engels in woord en geschrift
