write operational procedures
provide training sessions to the shift engineers
participate in roll-out and hypercare after go-lives
Ensuring good communication and sufficient reporting on your initiatives, so all stakeholders have access to the information they need to perform their role.
Representing NCC operational needs as business stakeholder in the different internal & external project teams (e.g. voice operational concerns and principles in discussions with market colleagues).
Other duties, including development of the experience and business domain expertise necessary to act as the company’s internal and external point of contact for your process domain(s).
Provide support to operational teams during incidents when needed.
External representation of clients is typically part of the role, in the form of actively taking part in (inter)national working groups (Core CCR, ENTSO-e, MCSC, Synergrid, etc.) as a member and/or working group leader.
