IT Capability Improvement Lead
We ARE Renewables is op zoek naar een IT Capability Improvement Lead voor een van onze klanten in Arnhem.
Als IT Capability Improvement Lead help je de klant de stap te zetten van inzicht naar aantoonbare verbetering.
De analysefase is afgerond. De IT4IT-assessment en het bijbehorende blueprint bieden helder inzicht in de huidige en gewenste situatie, evenals de belangrijkste verbeterpunten. Jouw verantwoordelijkheid ligt niet bij het opnieuw uitvoeren van assessments of het ontwerpen van een nieuw bedrijfsmodel, maar bij het realiseren van concrete verbeteringen.
Je begeleidt Capability Owners bij het prioriteren, organiseren en uitvoeren van verbeterinitiatieven, zodat de capabilities aantoonbaar groeien in volwassenheid en effectiviteit.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
• Vertalen van bevindingen uit de IT4IT-blueprint naar concrete verbeterinitiatieven.
• Begeleiden van Capability Owners bij het vaststellen van scope, verantwoordelijkheden en eigenaarschap.
• Ontwikkelen en versterken van governance-structuren voor capabilities.
• Verbeteren van processen, werkwijzen en samenwerking binnen capabilities.
• Signaleren en oplossen van hiaten in processen, data, tooling en integraties.
• Definiëren van relevante KPI's en managementinformatie.
• Analyseren en beheren van afhankelijkheden tussen verschillende capabilities.
• Ontwikkelen en begeleiden van pragmatische roadmaps voor capability-verbetering.
• Faciliteren van workshops, besluitvorming en afstemming met stakeholders.
• Coachen van Capability Owners, zodat zij uiteindelijk zelfstandig verbeteringen kunnen realiseren en beheren.
• Optreden als strategisch en operationeel sparringpartner voor het hoger management en Capability Owners.
Belangrijkste vereisten
• Werk- en denkniveau op WO- of HBO+-niveau.
• Minimaal 8 jaar relevante ervaring binnen complexe IT-organisaties.
• Ervaring als managementconsultant, IT-consultant, consultant op het gebied van operating models of een vergelijkbare rol.
• Ervaring met capability-ontwikkeling en IT-operating models.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met het begeleiden van organisatiebrede verbeterprocessen.
• Ervaring in de omgang met senior stakeholders op management- en directieniveau.
Kennis
• Aantoonbare kennis van IT4IT.
• Ervaring met ITIL en principes van servicemanagement.
• Kennis van governance-modellen, operating models en capability management.
• Ervaring met procesoptimalisatie, datamanagement, tooling en integratievraagstukken.
• Kennis van KPI-ontwikkeling en prestatiemanagement.
• Ervaring met vraagstukken rondom verandering en transformatie binnen IT-organisaties.
