Projectleider/Business Analyst
Binnen een omvangrijk programma vervult de Projectleider / Consultant een gecombineerde rol van projectleider, consultant en businessanalist.
Vanuit het kernteam van het programma draagt hij of zij bij aan de governance, aansturing en realisatie van de programmadoelstellingen door analyses uit te voeren, de besluitvorming voor te bereiden en de uitvoering van werkstromen te coördineren.
De Projectleider / Consultant is verantwoordelijk voor een of meer gedefinieerde werkstromen binnen het programma en levert concrete producten en resultaten op die nodig zijn voor de
verdere uitvoering, besluitvorming en implementatie van het programma.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Gedetailleerde impactanalyses van processen, systemen en organisatieonderdelen.
- Gevalideerde eisen, aannames en oplossingsrichtingen ten behoeve van besluitvorming.
- Managementrapportages, sturingsinformatie en voortgangsrapportages.
- Documentatie voor besluitvorming, waaronder voorstellen, scenarioanalyses en onderbouwde aanbevelingen.
- Registers voor risico's, issues en afhankelijkheden, inclusief beheersmaatregelen.
- Geconsolideerde project- en werkplannen, inclusief planning, mijlpalen en voortgangsbewaking.
- Stakeholderanalyses en communicatieaanpak ter ondersteuning van implementatie en verandering.
- Kwaliteitsbeoordelingen en acceptatieadviezen voor door derden opgeleverde producten.
- Overdrachtsdocumentatie en implementatie van resultaten, voorbereid voor de lijnorganisatie of vervolgprojecten.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en het vermogen om snel hoofd- van bijzaken te onderscheiden.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het leiden van complexe verander- en IT-projecten.
- Uitstekende vaardigheden op het gebied van stakeholdermanagement en communicatie.
- Het vermogen om draagvlak te creëren en uiteenlopende belangen te verenigen.
- Organisatiesensitiviteit en bestuurlijk inzicht.
- Een gestructureerde en resultaatgerichte werkwijze.
- Zelfstandigheid, eigenaarschap en een proactieve instelling.
- Het vermogen om niet alleen proces en planning te managen, maar ook kritisch mee te denken over de inhoud, kwaliteit en haalbaarheid van oplossingen.
