L&D Designer
Learning & Development Instructional Designer responsible for designing impactful blended learning solutions, translating skill gaps into structured learning journeys, and aligning learning initiatives with business priorities in a complex technical environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement blended learning tracks, including classroom and digital learning.
- Translate learning needs and skill gaps into learning objectives and structured learning paths.
- Select appropriate learning formats and balance new content with existing solutions.
- Ensure didactic quality, consistency and learner engagement.
- Monitor learning progress, completion rates and training effectiveness.
- Align local learning initiatives with broader organizational offerings.
- Act as a bridge between strategic priorities, business needs and operational execution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts and external learning partners.
- 7+ years of experience designing blended learning journeys.
- Strong instructional design and didactic skills across classroom and digital learning.
- Experience administering and working with an LMS, such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of learning & development, project management, communication and change management.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to challenge business requirements and focus on learning impact.
- Well-organized with strong prioritization skills.
- Experience working in large, complex organizations with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
