Business Consultant Net- & Capaciteitsmanagement
We ARE Renewables is op zoek naar een Business Consultant voor een van onze klanten in Rotterdam.
Je maakt deel uit van het team Grid & Capacity Management, waar Grid Architects zich bezighouden met brede vraagstukken rondom capaciteitsuitbreidingen, maar in toenemende mate ook met het effectief benutten van het elektriciteitsnet. Dit zorgt voor een dynamische werkomgeving waarin je te maken hebt met interne en – indirect – externe stakeholders.
Als Business Consultant ondersteun je het team bij het aanpakken van belangrijke veranderopgaven. Je maakt deel uit van het team, analyseert behoeften, adviseert over de aanpak, ontwikkelt oplossingen en stemt deze af met interne stakeholders. Hiermee lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling en positionering van het team binnen AM en bij de opdrachtgever.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Je werkt in een kernteam aan een complexe veranderopgave waarbij veel interne stakeholders betrokken zijn;
Als onderdeel van het team hoor je tijdens een daaropvolgende teamvergadering een concrete behoefte aan structuur rondom dit vraagstuk. Je luistert, signaleert knelpunten en stelt verdiepende vragen;
Je stelt een plan op voor de analyse, realisatie en implementatie van het veranderverzoek;
Na overleg met je leidinggevende en vakexperts werk je het plan verder uit. Daarbij neem je het initiatief om bijeenkomsten te plannen en mensen samen te brengen.
Belangrijkste vereisten
· Een afgeronde hbo‑ of wo-opleiding.
· 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring met verander‑ en implementatievraagstukken.
· Affiniteit met – of ervaring binnen – de energiesector of een vergelijkbare complexe omgeving.
· Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.
Locatie: Rotterdam + hybride werken
Duur: November – november 2027 (met de optie tot verlenging)
