What are you going to do?
- You are independently responsible for integrating the project into its environment and work on acceptance and support among stakeholders. You manage the environmental process from the definition phase through aftercare and monitor progress, quality, and coherence within the established frameworks.
- You work closely with the other EPPM/IPM role holders within the project management team, under the direction of the project manager. Together, you steer towards an integrated project outcome within the frameworks of DR-GOTICK: Sustainability, Risk, Money, Organization, Time, Information, Communication, and Quality.
- You manage the planning-legal conditioning, including permits, spatial procedures, exemptions, and nitrogen. You ensure that necessary conditioning activities are initiated in a timely manner and monitor the coherence and legal consequences thereof.
- You ensure accessibility, livability, safety, and communication (BLVC) during the preparation and execution of projects.
- You conduct stakeholder analyses, develop the approach for stakeholder management, and organize participation within the framework of the municipal participation policy.
- You identify and manage interfaces with other municipal projects and developments in the area and ensure that dependencies are brought to the table in a timely manner.
- University-level working and thinking level, preferably with an educational background in a relevant spatial or planning field, such as urban planning or physical geography;
- at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as an environmental manager, preferably with inner-city projects and/or the (re)design of public space in both the design and execution phases;
- experience within or with a municipal organization and the associated political-administrative context;
- preferably experience with collaboration and coordination with real estate developers;
