The Assignment
As Sub-project Lead Information Management Systems, you will lead and coordinate all Information Management System related activities within the project environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that project information, documentation, and data are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle and transferred successfully into operational systems and processes.

You will act as the focal point between project teams, operational stakeholders, and system suppliers, ensuring that information management standards, governance requirements, and business objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of Information Management Systems within the project environment.
• Coordinate the migration of project documentation and data into new or existing information management platforms.
• Define and manage information management requirements, processes, and governance structures.
• Align project deliverables, documentation standards, and data requirements with internal stakeholders and operational organizations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for document management, data governance, and information management related topics.
• Ensure data quality, completeness, consistency, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project readiness regarding information management deliverables and coordinate mitigation actions where required.
• Facilitate the successful handover of project information, documentation, and data to Operations & Maintenance.
• Coordinate stakeholders involved in document control, data management, engineering, and asset management processes.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and opportunities related to information management systems and data governance.
• Enhance and further develop Power BI dashboards and reporting capabilities to improve project transparency and decision-making.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to digital information management, governance, and project execution.

Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience within Information Management, Document Management, Data Management, or Project Information Management.
• Proven experience within large-scale infrastructure, offshore, utilities, energy, industrial, or engineering projects.
• Experience implementing and managing Information Management Systems and document management platforms.
• Experience coordinating complex stakeholder environments and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience with information governance, document control, and data quality management processes.

Knowledge & Skills
• Extensive knowledge of Information Management Systems and associated business processes.
• Strong understanding of document management, document control, metadata management, and data governance.
• Experience with system implementations, migrations, and process optimization initiatives.
• Knowledge of Power BI and reporting solutions.
• Understanding of operational handover processes and asset information requirements.
• Knowledge of high-voltage infrastructure and/or offshore platform systems is a strong advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage.

• Experience working within large project organizations and matrix structures is preferred.
