What are the tasks and responsibilities for the assignment?

The Contractor is responsible for independently analyzing current performance within Discipline B, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing targeted optimizations. This includes, among other things, the following activities: Conducting an analysis of current KPI performance and work processes within Discipline B. Drafting and executing an improvement plan aimed at achieving the contractual KPIs. Advising on and implementing process improvements. Coaching and providing substantive guidance to employees within Discipline B regarding the agreed working methods and quality standards. Monitoring performance and reporting progress against the agreed results. Securing the realized improvements within the operational processes. The Contractor independently determines the manner in which the assignment is executed and is responsible for the chosen approach to achieve the agreed result.

What is being delivered (in the interim)?

During the assignment, the Contractor shall deliver the following results: An analysis of the current situation and areas for improvement. An action plan with concrete improvement measures. Weekly progress reports regarding KPI developments. Monthly reports with achieved results and safeguarding measures. A final report documenting the realized results, KPI performance, and safeguarded improvements.

When is the project expected to be completed?
The expected turnaround time is three to six months. The assignment ends as soon as the predetermined results have been achieved and the improvements are demonstrably embedded within the organization.
Specialized construction knowledge is required to execute the assignment, supplemented by demonstrable experience in contract management, performance management, process optimization, and KPI management within a technical and service-oriented environment. The work requires a specialist level of expertise and cannot be classified as simple execution work.
