Secretary
Experienced secretary responsible for coordinating a regional agenda, ensuring structure, progress and alignment across municipalities, organisations and administrative levels. The role combines process coordination, project and programme management, decision-making support and stakeholder collaboration within a complex regional development environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and monitor an integrated annual planning
- Coordinate daily progress of the regional agenda
- Track actions, agreements and results
- Connect integrated, sectoral and area-based priorities
- Set up and monitor project and process management structures
- Monitor regional programme progress and relevant data
- Prepare decision-making processes and follow up on outcomes
- Organise and prepare administrative, management and board meetings
- Prepare agendas, minutes and action points
- Identify relevant developments and bring them to the agenda
- HBO or WO degree, preferably in Spatial Planning, Geography, Public Administration or similar
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience within local or regional government
- Experience in project, process or programme management
- Experience coordinating across different policy areas
- Affinity with regional spatial development and administrative processes
- Politically and administratively sensitive with strong situational awareness
- Strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, results-oriented and decisive
- Able to connect different stakeholders, interests and levels of decision-making
- Strong conceptual thinking combined with a practical approach
