Business Analyst -Asset Improvement Programs
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients in Arnhem.
As a Business Analyst, you connect various programs, stakeholders, and teams. You ensure consistent processes, transparent decision-making, and a shared way of working that aligns with TenneT's objectives.Task and Responsibilities Developing, implementing, and securing the AIP Way of Working.
• Analyzing processes, working methods, and dependencies between programs.
• Establishing an integrated program plan across multiple AIPs.
• Setting up and facilitating a recurring PI Planning process.
• Identifying risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks within the programs.
• Translating business objectives into concrete implementation and release plans.
• Supporting teams in setting up and managing Jira backlogs.
• Connecting Agile working methods with the TenneT-wide Project Management Process.
• Facilitating workshops and work sessions with business and project stakeholders.
• Drafting analyses, recommendations, and decision-making proposals for management and program steering.
• Guiding teams in the implementation of new working methods.
• Creating support for changes within the organization.
Key Requirements
- • Completed higher professional or university education, for example Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Sciences, Information Science, or similar.
• At least several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or similar role.
• Demonstrable experience with process improvement and organizational development.
• Experience with Agile working and PI Planning.
• Experience with Jira and backlog management.
• Experience with stakeholder management within complex organizations.
• Experience with cross-program changes and implementations.
