Community Manager Data Platform
We ARE Renewables is op zoek naar een Community Manager Data Platform voor een van onze klanten in Arnhem.
Als Community Manager Data Platform vorm je de schakel tussen de gebruikers van het dataplatform en het platformteam. Je belangrijkste taak is het opbouwen, activeren en verder ontwikkelen van de data-engineering-community binnen de organisatie.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Het leiden en verder ontwikkelen van de data engineering-community binnen de organisatie.
• Het organiseren van community-sessies, workshops, demo's, kennissessies en technische spreekuren.
• Het actief verzamelen, structureren en prioriteren van gebruikersfeedback.
• Het verbinden van data-engineers, platformspecialisten en vakexperts.
• Het verbeteren van onboarding, documentatie, best practices en self-service-mogelijkheden.
• Het stimuleren van kennisdeling, hergebruik van oplossingen en InnerSource-werkmethoden.
• Het signaleren van terugkerende knelpunten en deze vertalen naar structurele verbeteringen voor het platform.
• Het adviseren van de Product Owner en het Data Platform-team op basis van gebruikerservaringen.
• Het coachen van gebruikers, zodat zij sneller zelfstandig en effectief met het platform kunnen werken.
• Het bevorderen van de adoptie van standaarden, tooling en best practices.
Je werkt nauw samen met data-engineers, data scientists, cloud-engineers, platform-engineers, architecten, Product Owners en andere stakeholders.
Belangrijkste vereisten
• Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering of een vergelijkbaar technisch vakgebied.
• Aantoonbare ervaring met het opzetten, begeleiden of faciliteren van een technische community, Community of Practice of vakgroep.
• Ervaring met stakeholder-management binnen grotere organisaties.
• Ervaring met het geven van workshops, trainingen, kennissessies en presentaties.
• Ervaring met het bevorderen van de gebruikersadoptie van technische platforms of producten.
Technische kennis:
• Kennis van moderne dataplatforms en de dagelijkse praktijk van data-engineers.
• Ervaring met Microsoft Azure en/of Databricks is een grote pre.
• Kennis van Git, DevOps en CI/CD-processen.
• Inzicht in datapijplijnen, cloud-native architecturen en data-integratie.
• Ervaring met technische documentatie en kennismanagement.
