We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on proactive and strategic sourcing. The role combines hands-on recruiting with advising the business on current and future hiring needs. You will work on innovative recruitment strategies, use AI, analytics and modern sourcing techniques, and help attract scarce technical talent within a complex organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy intake to contract negotiations.
- Advise the business on current and future recruitment needs.
- Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source and attract scarce technical professionals.
- Use AI, analytics and innovative search techniques to improve recruitment.
- Contribute to employer branding and strengthening the organization’s position as an attractive employer.
- Help further professionalize and innovate the recruitment function.
Requirements
- HBO-level education and working/thinking ability.
- Relevant experience as a Recruiter.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles and/or a strong affinity with technology.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment, including vacancy writing, sourcing and contract negotiations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate a complex organization.
- Proactive, ambitious and decisive personality.
- Able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to work 32–40 hours per week.
