Project Controller
As a Project Controller, you are assured of a role with clear responsibility and a visible contribution to energy security and sustainable impact. You will work on projects that matter within our energy infrastructure and be trusted to independently substantiate decisions. Collaboration is central: together with project teams, planners, and business control, you will build predictability and quality. You will work within Business Control of Storage & Terminals and support complex investment projects. In doing so, you will connect finances, planning, and risks, and ensure accurate and timely financial recording.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor project budgets and promptly identify deviations with an impact on costs and energy security.
- Ensure thorough project administration.
- Prepare cost forecasts and update them based on progress, scope, and risks.
- Incorporate risk developments into financial forecasts, including contingency analyses.
- Assess planning and progress together with project teams and planners within the infrastructure.
- Prepare financial project reports for management and decision-making.
- Actively contribute ideas for improvements within project control and help further professionalization.
- A completed higher professional or university education in a financial or economic field
- Experience as a project controller within projects or asset-intensive environments
- Demonstrable knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and strong Excel skills
- Good command of Dutch and English
