HRBP Officer
Location: Brussels, (at least 2 days in the office)
Contract: freelance, until end of 2027 (can be extended)
Working hours: 40h per week
We ARE Renewables is looking for an HRBP Officer for one of our clients in the energy sector. They are looking for additional support for the HRBP Officer activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various actions in SAP SuccessFactors, such as creating new vacancies, positions and functions, cleaning up vacant positions, entering employee changes and promotions, creating new organizational structures, etc.
- Prepare email communications related to Performance Management and create the relevant distribution lists.
- Follow up on the performance evaluation cycle, including sending reminders to managers to complete scores and create objectives.
- Send questionnaires, for example to new colleagues as part of the onboarding process, analyze the responses, and, where necessary, meet with colleagues to gain a better understanding of their answers.
- Update and maintain documentation on the intranet, and expand the documentation where relevant.
- Schedule various meetings, such as HRBP Office meetings, HRBP meetings, follow-up meetings between HRBPs and People Managers within their scope, and meetings between HRBPs and management teams regarding Performance Management.
- Support the Senior HRBP or HRBP with ad hoc requests, such as reporting from SAP SuccessFactors or searching for job descriptions.
- Support People Managers or employees with ad hoc questions, for example regarding the use of SAP SuccessFactors.
- Identify frequently asked questions and look for more efficient ways of working, for example through communication via Pulse.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, analyze them, and contribute to their implementation.
Requirements:
- Have relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Work accurately and meticulously.
- Proficient with Microsoft tools, including MS Teams, Outlook/email, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Work accurately and meticulously.
- Flexible and able to adjust your planning according to priorities.
- Analytical and comfortable working with figures and data.
- Fluent in French or Dutch and have at least passive knowledge of the other language.
