ServiceNow Consultant
We ARE Renewables is op zoek naar een Senior ServiceNow Consultant voor een van onze klanten in de Nederlandse energiesector.
Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen, begrijpt de onderliggende bedrijfsdoelstellingen en vertaalt deze naar effectieve ServiceNow-oplossingen. Hierbij maak je optimaal gebruik van standaard ServiceNow-functionaliteit en vermijd je onnodig maatwerk.
Je bent niet alleen betrokken bij het bedenken van oplossingen, maar begeleidt deze ook tijdens de volledige implementatie. Je werkt nauw samen met product owners, proceseigenaren, architecten, ontwikkelaars en stakeholders om ervoor te zorgen dat verbeteringen daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd.

- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- ITOM Discovery
- Vulnerability Response / SecOps
- Change Enablement
- Platform Governance
- Analyseren van bedrijfsprocessen, uitdagingen en knelpunten.
- Vertalen van bedrijfsbehoeften naar ServiceNow-functionaliteiten.
- Adviseren over het gebruik van standaard ServiceNow-mogelijkheden.
- Identificeren van kansen om maatwerk te vermijden.
- Faciliteren van workshops met proceseigenaren en eindgebruikers.
- Ontwikkelen van implementatieaanpakken.
- Ondersteunen bij backlog-verfijning en het definiëren van user stories.
- Actief samenwerken met ontwikkelaars tijdens implementaties.
- Je fungeert als inhoudelijk sparringpartner voor stakeholders en de product owner. Je helpt de onderliggende behoefte te begrijpen, draagt ideeën aan voor procesverbeteringen en adviseert over de meest effectieve oplossing binnen het platform.
Belangrijkste vereisten
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als ServiceNow Consultant.
- Ervaring met procesanalyse en business consultancy.
- Sterke vaardigheden op het gebied van workshops en facilitering.
- Vermogen om zakelijke uitdagingen te vertalen naar pragmatische oplossingen.
- Ervaring binnen Agile/Scrum-omgevingen.
- Degelijke kennis van ServiceNow best practices.
- Sterke kennis van ITSM-processen.
- Ervaring met Change Management in een DevOps-omgeving.
- Ervaring met platform governance.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met een of meer ServiceNow-modules.
- Ervaring met CMDB of CSDM.
- Ervaring met ITOM Discovery.
- Kennis van Vulnerability Response / SecOps.
Technische en organisatorische kennis
- Begrip van ServiceNow-implementaties en -configuratie.
- Inzicht in integraties en IT-architectuur.
- Kennis van DevOps-principes.
- Begrip van CICD-deploymentpipelines.
- Vermogen om technische implementatiekeuzes te bespreken met zowel ontwikkelaars als business stakeholders.
Je bent succesvol wanneer je in staat bent bedrijfsbehoeften te vertalen naar standaard ServiceNow-oplossingen die daadwerkelijk worden gebruikt en aantoonbare waarde leveren voor de klant. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn:
Het vertalen van een security-werkmodel naar een pragmatische configuratie van ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
Het moderniseren van Change Management door automatisering en DevOps-principes toe te passen, met behoud van compliance.
Het verbeteren van service-inzicht en eigenaarschap door een effectieve CMDB- en Discovery-strategie te realiseren.
