Job Title: Construction Supervisor
Location: Niebüll, Germany
Duration: ~6 months (with potential for extension)


Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to support and coordinate industrial construction activities on a large-scale project in Germany. You will work closely with engineering, production, and site execution teams to ensure all project activities are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the construction team during project execution

  • Prepare and develop scope descriptions for project work

  • Coordinate engineering and construction activities on site

  • Develop and monitor project schedules

  • Align with production teams on piping-related activities

  • Ensure availability and quality of engineering documentation

  • Guide multidisciplinary engineering activities

  • Identify and resolve technical and organizational issues

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards

  • Report progress, risks, and results to project management

  • Participate in multidisciplinary project and construction teams

  • Prepare and manage P&IDs, piping plans, E&I documents, and civil drawings

  • Coordinate technical alignment between engineering, execution, and production

  • Support on-site technical queries and construction challenges

  • Translate project requirements into workable technical solutions

  • Monitor project progress, quality, and schedule

  • Apply German regulations within the project

  • Ensure clear communication with all parties involved


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field

  • Extensive experience as a Construction Supervisor, Construction Engineer, or similar in industrial projects

  • Proven background in multidisciplinary project engineering

  • Experience with industrial construction projects

  • Knowledge of piping, civil, and E&I disciplines

  • Experience preparing and managing technical documents (P&IDs, piping plans, E&I, civil)

  • Knowledge of German construction and industrial regulations

  • Fluent in Dutch and German (spoken and written)

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and stakeholders

  • Experience working on project sites and in multidisciplinary teams
