Agile Advisor 

 Within OTi&T, there is a need to better organize workflows, create more transparency regarding work progress, and focus more strongly on output. Additionally, the organization wishes to investigate the extent to which an Agile working method is suitable for the Platforms and Architecture teams.
Therefore, a trial phase is being set up from September through December 2026. The goal of this pilot is to design, implement, guide, and evaluate a workable Agile working method that aligns with the specific context of OTi&T.

As an Agile Advisor, you are responsible for achieving the agreed-upon results. You set up a suitable Agile working method, guide the teams during the implementation, and provide well-founded advice on the further application of Agile working within the organization. Azure DevOps (ADO) serves as the central platform for backlog management, progress monitoring, and reporting.
 

Tasks and ResponsibilitiesAnalyzing the current working methods of the Platforms and Architecture teams;Designing and implementing an Agile working method suitable within the context of OTi&T;Setting up Azure DevOps, including boards, dashboards, and backlog structures;Setting up and facilitating Agile ceremonies and team rhythms;Providing basic Agile training;Coaching teams and relevant stakeholders;Creating more structure, prioritization, and transparency in the execution of work;Monitoring progress and results;Conducting interim evaluations and implementing improvement measures;Drafting a final report including a substantiated Go/No-Go recommendation for the next steps.
Key RequirementsAt least 7 years of experience with Agile transitions and team facilitation;At least 7 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, and/or Product Owner;Demonstrable experience with implementing Agile methodologies;In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps;Experience with backlog management and managing based on output;Experience within complex IT, OT, infrastructure, and/or security environments;Strong advisory skills and experience in drafting management advice;Experience with organizational change and team maturity development.Location: Delft + Hybrid
