Your tasks
As a Wind Turbine Service Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing wind turbines to ensure maximum availability and reliability. You'll work on a variety of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and converter systems, making every working day different.

Your responsibilities include:

Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines;
Diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults;
Supporting inspections, troubleshooting and root cause analyses;
Completing service reports, work orders and maintenance documentation;
Reporting incidents and completed work according to HSE procedures;
Following customer-specific procedures and site regulations;
Working safely in accordance with company and industry standards;
Collaborating closely with fellow technicians and support teams;
Participating in the on-call rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
Your profile
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, works safely and takes pride in delivering high-quality service.

You have:

An MBO Level 3/4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent technical background;
At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably within wind energy or a comparable technical environment;
Experience working with low and high voltage installations;
BA4/BA5, NEN 3140 or NEN 3840 certification, or the willingness to obtain these;
A good command of English;
A valid Category B driving licence;
Basic computer skills and experience with MS Office;
A practical, proactive and solution-focused approach;
A strong commitment to safety and quality;
The physical ability to work at height;
Flexibility to travel between different wind farms;
Residence within approximately 40 km of Ghent or Brussels.

Salary between € 3,500 and € 4,800 gross per month;
