• Operational environmental management
• Preparing, organizing, and facilitating participation meetings and stakeholder discussions in close collaboration with SOM and/or COM
• Maintain stakeholder contact in coordination with SOM and/or COM (depending on area)
• Provide input on the drafting of participation materials and process responses and views in language understandable to stakeholders.
• Reporting, file creation, and maintaining stakeholder overviews.
• Identifying emerging issues and forwarding them to SOM, COM, and/or the licensing team in a timely manner
• Gathering sentiments from conversations, meeting minutes, and informal signals, and incorporating these into stakeholder and issue/interest analyses.
• Responsible for maintaining stakeholder organizations, contacts, and touchpoints in SOM Solutions (or other system TBD)
• Registering and structuring stakeholder requirements and wishes in Relatics.
• Performing document management tasks in SharePoint.

Requirements:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in a relevant field (e.g. communication)

• At least 5 years of knowledge of and experience with community engagement processes, as a community manager and/or communications advisor.
• You have ties to the North and bring a relevant network with you.
• You quickly master complex subjects and are enthusiastic about communicating topics related to environmental processes (for example, stakeholder management, participation processes, and behavioral change).
• You have experience with offline and online approaches and tools that have proven effective in reaching relevant stakeholders.
• You enjoy combining thinking and doing and are capable of both making a plan and putting it into execution.
• You have experience with content management (CMS) for the website and social media
