Site Representative (Seaway Ventus Readiness)
The Site Representative is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities between Seaway Ventus and the shipyard to ensure operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements. The role acts as the primary point of contact on site, maintaining close communication between the project team, contractors, and the yard throughout the mobilisation and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the on-site representative for Seaway Ventus during mobilisation and readiness activities.
- Coordinate daily activities between Seaway Ventus and the shipyard to ensure safe and efficient execution of work.
- Monitor compliance with HSE standards, company procedures, and yard regulations.
- Facilitate communication between Seaway Ventus personnel, yard management, and subcontractors.
- Identify and resolve operational issues that may impact project progress or safety.
- Attend coordination meetings and provide regular updates on site activities, progress, and potential risks.
- Ensure work is executed according to the agreed schedule and project requirements.
- Support the planning and coordination of vessel maintenance activities during the transfer to the Rhenus yard.
- Monitor ongoing works, verify that activities are completed safely and to the required quality standards.
- Escalate any technical, operational, or safety concerns to the project management team in a timely manner.
- Contribute to readiness reviews and provide input regarding continuation of site activities as required.
