Process Engineer
Gevraagd: Process Engineer – Waterstof & CO₂ Infrastructuur
We ARE Renewables is op zoek naar een Process Engineer die een belangrijke bijdrage levert aan de ontwikkeling van innovatieve waterstof- en CO₂-transportsystemen. Je werkt mee aan projecten die essentieel zijn voor de energietransitie en bent betrokken vanaf de eerste conceptfase tot en met de realisatie en inbedrijfstelling.
In deze rol maak je deel uit van een multidisciplinair engineeringteam en speel je een sleutelrol in het ontwikkelen van procesontwerpen, operationele concepten en technische oplossingen. Je bent betrokken bij alle projectfasen – van Concept Select en Basic Design tot FEED, uitvoering en commissioning – en draagt bij aan veilige, betrouwbare en toekomstbestendige infrastructuur.
Wat ga je doen?
Als Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, uitwerken en optimaliseren van procesontwerpen voor waterstof- en CO₂-transport. Je werkt nauw samen met disciplines zoals Process Control, Pipeline Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentatie en Operations om tot de beste technische oplossingen te komen.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
- Het ontwikkelen van procesontwerpen en operationele concepten voor waterstof- en CO₂-transportsystemen.
- Het opstellen, actualiseren en reviewen van procesdocumentatie, waaronder procesbeschrijvingen, Design Basis-documenten, operationele filosofieën, Process Narratives, PFD's, P&ID's, massabalansen en hydraulische concepten.
- Het leveren van procesinput voor venting-, depressurisatie-, safeguarding- en operationele concepten.
- Het uitvoeren van technische studies, engineeringberekeningen en het beoordelen van verschillende ontwerpvarianten.
- Het uitwerken van operationele scenario's, zoals normaal bedrijf, start-up, shutdown, onderhoud, depressurisatie, pigging en commissioning.
- Het ondersteunen van studies op het gebied van dense phase CO₂, waterstoftransport, fasegedrag en druk- en temperatuurverloop.
- Het verwerken van resultaten uit HAZID-, HAZOP- en andere veiligheidsstudies in het procesontwerp.
- Het beoordelen van engineeringdeliverables van contractors en bijdragen aan technische besluitvorming gedurende het project.
Wat breng je mee?
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Chemische Technologie, Process Engineering of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Tussen de 2 en 8 jaar relevante werkervaring als Process Engineer.
- Ervaring binnen de energie-infrastructuur, procesindustrie, waterstofprojecten, Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) of een vergelijkbare technische omgeving.
- Ervaring met processimulatiesoftware zoals Aspen HYSYS of vergelijkbare pakketten.
- Kennis van procesontwerp, engineeringdocumentatie en multidisciplinaire projecten.
- Een analytische instelling, een proactieve werkhouding en de drive om samen met collega's tot de beste technische oplossingen te komen.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met verschillende disciplines en stakeholders.
De Process Engineer levert onder meer:
- procesbeschrijvingen;
- design basis documenten;
- operationele filosofieën;
- process narratives;
- PFD's;
- P&ID's;
- massabalansen;
- hydraulische concepten;
- technische input voor veiligheidsstudies en ontwerpbesluiten.
Standplaats: Standplaats is Amersfoort met af en toe reizen naar verschillende locaties in Nederland (Groningen, Rotterdam, etc..)
