Ben jij een technisch onderlegde werkvoorbereider die graag de spil vormt tussen ontwerp en uitvoering? Voor een toonaangevende organisatie binnen de energietransitie zijn wij op zoek naar een Werkvoorbereider Gas & Elektra.
In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat projecten volledig zijn voorbereid voordat de uitvoering start. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, projectleiders, aannemers en andere interne en externe stakeholders om een efficiënte en succesvolle uitvoering van infrastructurele projecten mogelijk te maken.
Jouw werkzaamheden
- Voorbereiden van gas- en elektriciteitsprojecten voor de uitvoeringsfase.
- Uitwerken van technische ontwerpen naar een uitvoerbaar werkpakket.
- Aanvragen van vergunningen en coördineren van benodigde goedkeuringen.
- Organiseren van bodemonderzoeken en andere noodzakelijke onderzoeken.
- Opstellen van calculaties en aanvragen van projectbudgetten.
- Bestellen van materialen en bewaken van de beschikbaarheid.
- Samenstellen van complete uitvoeringsdossiers voor aannemers.
- Afstemmen met interne afdelingen, aannemers en andere betrokken partijen.
- Gelijktijdig meerdere projecten plannen, bewaken en coördineren.
- Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief aandragen van oplossingen.
- Meedenken over het verbeteren en optimaliseren van werkprocessen.
Wie ben jij?
- Je hebt een afgeronde technische mbo-opleiding op niveau 4.
- Je hebt een achtergrond in de elektrotechniek of een andere relevante technische richting.
- Ervaring als werkvoorbereider of in een vergelijkbare technische functie is een pré.
- Kennis van gas- en/of elektriciteitsnetten is een pluspunt.
- Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent oplossingsgericht en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
- Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende stakeholders.
- Je bent flexibel en voelt je thuis in een dynamische werkomgeving.
- Je werkt graag samen en draagt bij aan een positieve teamsfeer.
Wat kun je verwachten?
- Een uitdagende functie waarin je een directe bijdrage levert aan de energietransitie.
- Samenwerking binnen een betrokken en professioneel team met veel kennis en ervaring.
- Ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een innovatieve technische omgeving.
- Na de inwerkperiode werk je minimaal twee dagen per week op kantoor.
- Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag (VOG) en een assessment maken onderdeel uit van de sollicitatieprocedure.
- Deze functie is uitsluitend beschikbaar in loondienst; werken als ZZP'er is niet mogelijk.
