We ARE Renewables is voor één van haar opdrachtgevers op zoek naar een Teamleider Drinkwateronderhoud voor de afdeling Distributie.
Als Teamleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van je team. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een goede samenwerking binnen de afdeling en met andere organisatieonderdelen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het verbeteren van processen en levert als lid van het managementteam een actieve bijdrage aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de afdeling.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Resultaat 1 – Leidinggeven aan het team
- Samen met een collega-teamleider geef je leiding aan ongeveer 55 medewerkers;
- Je stimuleert de samenwerking binnen het team en met andere afdelingen;
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de inzetbaarheid en ontwikkeling van medewerkers;
- Je voert HR-taken uit, waaronder werving & selectie en ontwikkel- en beoordelingsgesprekken;
- Je neemt indien nodig deel aan de consignatiedienst.
- Je verbetert en implementeert werkprocessen;
- Je stuurt op proces- en administratieve prestaties aan de hand van relevante KPI’s;
- Je analyseert data om verbetermogelijkheden te signaleren;
- Je maakt je nieuwe applicaties en systemen snel eigen;
- Je stimuleert de ontwikkeling van zowel het team als de afdeling;
- Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen en stelt daarbij het organisatiebelang centraal.
- Je stimuleert de professionele ontwikkeling en kennisdeling binnen het team;
- Je creëert een werkomgeving waarin medewerkers eigenaarschap nemen;
- Je geeft richting, motiveert en helpt medewerkers het beste uit zichzelf te halen;
- Je houdt toekomstige ontwikkelingen in de gaten en vertaalt deze naar de dagelijkse praktijk.
- Je hebt een afgeronde technische hbo-opleiding;
- Je hebt in de afgelopen vijf jaar minimaal drie jaar aantoonbare ervaring met het leidinggeven aan professionals die operationele werkzaamheden uitvoeren;
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
