Planning Team Leader

You ensure that demand and supply planning are increasingly better aligned based on the S&OP and S&OE for the Consumer Chain. You have a plan that the team and the clients support, and you get to work so that all consumer-driven products can be scheduled for our customers in a timely and efficient manner. Your team consists of tactical planners and project coordinators. You are the connecting link between the product teams and the uniform execution teams of the Consumer department. You believe in the necessity of good collaboration within and between departments and know how to achieve results together based on that. You are the team leader who contributes with their substantive knowledge to a team where job satisfaction and results go hand in hand. Additionally, you coach the colleagues responsible for the planning process. You ensure their development and that you take steps together—together within the team, but also with internal and external stakeholders. In doing so, you combine your coaching skills with your knowledge and experience regarding the Consumer tasks. You will lead the team, offer perspective where there is uncertainty, and utilize everyone's qualities and strengths. You focus on development as well as objectives, and do not shy away from difficult conversations when necessary. You participate in or chair working groups and are capable of representing both your own team and the department at various tables. Additionally, you actively seek contact with both internal and external parties, prioritizing easy planning for clients.

What else makes you our Planning Team Leader:
  • You have at least a completed HBO (higher professional) education.
  • You have at least three years of experience in a results-oriented and managerial position.
  • You are well-versed in planning issues and have demonstrable experience in this area.
  • You are available full-time; 32 or 36 hours is also a possibility.
  • You feel at home in a dynamic environment and get energy from structuring and improving (work) processes and guiding a team.
  • You possess keen analytical skills and are able to use these to monitor the big picture at the tactical level, while also contributing to the detailed elaboration of solutions.
  • You possess good communication skills and can easily hold a conversation at different levels.
  • You possess a good dose of self-reflection and work on your own development. Additionally, you are a source of inspiration and a coach for the colleagues in your team.
