Bij onze klant in de haven van Oostende en Vlissingen draait alles om kwaliteit. Samen met een enthousiast team zorg je ervoor dat klanten altijd het beste zand en grind ontvangen. Jouw werk maakt hier écht het verschil.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Je staat in voor de dagelijkse kwaliteitsopvolging als laborant toeslagmaterialen.
- In overleg met de kwaliteitscoördinator bepaal je welke analyses door externe laboratoria dienen te worden uitgevoerd en bereid je de relevante monsters voor.
- Je voert dagelijkse inspecties uit van de producten en grondstoffen op het terrein.
- Je verzorgt de monstername van de grondstoffen en (half)producten.
- Je voert kwaliteitsanalyses uit volgens gestandaardiseerde proefmethodes.
- Je toetst de resultaten aan de vooropgestelde productspecificaties.
- Je rapporteert de analyseresultaten aan het productieteam.
- Je verbetert het beheer van de resultaten in een gegevensdatabank.
- Je stelt controle-instructies en procedures op.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de netheid van het laboratorium en voor het up-to-date beheer van het labomaterieel.
- Je verzorgt de administratie van het laboratorium.
- Je volgt de certificatie van de toeslagproducten op.
- Je onderhoudt contacten met de externe organen die instaan voor de certificatie van de producten en de bijbehorende audits uitvoeren.
- Je bent in staat om op termijn de leiding over alle laboratoria op je te nemen.
Jouw profiel:
- Je hebt ervaring als laborant of kwaliteitsmedewerker en hebt hiervoor een relevante opleiding gevolgd.
- Je beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde opleiding op bachelor niveau.
- Je bent bereid je te verplaatsen tussen Oostende, Vlissingen, Duinkerke en Boulogne.
- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels en hebt een basiskennis Frans.
- Je bent bereid en gemotiveerd om de nodige opleidingen te volgen.
- Je werkt nauwgezet en plichtsbewust.
