We ARE Renewables is looking for a Recruiter of Externals within the External Staffing department of Sourcing & Procurement for one of our clients. You will play a key role in facilitating the hiring and contracting of external (Time & Material) resources for the company's entities. You will partner closely with business managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality sourcing, optimize external spending, and safeguard supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with BNP Paribas Procurement standards, risk policies, and governance.
Responsibilities:
- Support business managers in defining clear and accurate function descriptions to attract the right external profiles;
- Screen incoming CVs professionally and consistently to ensure qualitative sourcing of external candidates;
- Document and formalize CV screening results to facilitate the optimal quality-to-price balance during selection;
- Monitor open recruitment requests and coordinate next steps together with hiring managers;
- Ensure all sourcing activities comply with BNP Paribas Fortis procurement, risk, compliance, and governance guidelines;
- Manage the administrative activities related to the end-to-end external hiring process;
- Maintain close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout the recruitment process;
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of external hiring processes and procedures;
- Support the External Staffing team in delivering efficient and high-quality recruitment services;
- Help optimize external spend while maintaining strong supplier relationships;
- Ensure recruitment activities are delivered within agreed quality and timing expectations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree or a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Buyer or Recruiter (ideally 5 years);
- At least 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience;
- Strong knowledge of the body-shopping sourcing market;
- Experience working with internal clients and external suppliers in a commercial and customer-oriented manner;
- Prior experience within a recruitment agency is considered an advantage;
- Good knowledge of the IT market is considered a plus;
- Experience using AI within recruitment screening is considered an asset;
- Fluent use of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Experience working with workflow tools such as Nétive is considered a plus;
- Negotiation skills are an advantage;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Diplomatic approach with excellent stakeholder management abilities;
- Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset;
- Ability to challenge and advise internal clients on recruitment needs;
- Quick self-starter with a proactive attitude;
- Team player who can also work independently and take ownership of responsibilities;
- Ability to perform well in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.
