Portfolio management
 
  • Further developing and implementing portfolio management processes within pRO.
  • Advising on best practices in the field of agile portfolio management.
  • Supporting strategic decision-making through analyses, scenarios, and management information.
  • Improving and developing portfolio dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Identifying dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks within the portfolio.

Alignment and collaboration within the sector
  • Promoting cohesion and alignment between the portfolios of pRO, EDSN, and the Distribution System Administrators.
  • Facilitating discussions on priorities, dependencies, and strategic choices (including the PMT process).
  • Supporting governance processes and decision-making structures.

Agile portfolio development
  • Applying SAFe Agile principles within portfolio management.
  • Supporting portfolio events and strategic planning cycles.
  • Advising on the structuring of Value Streams, Epics, and portfolio backlogs.
  • Contribute to a data-driven and transparent way of managing.

Profile:
  • A completed higher professional or university education.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, portfolio consulting, or portfolio governance.
  • Demonstrable experience with agile working and agile portfolio management.
  • Solid knowledge of and experience with SAFe Agile.
  • Experience in guiding change processes and organizational development.
  • Experience with stakeholder management in complex partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and advisory skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language.
