Communicatieadviseur Change

Background and communication challenge:
Within the dynamic system management strategy pillar, the importance of system operations is increasing rapidly. This requires a fundamentally different way of thinking and working.

This development leads to two interconnected communication challenges for dynamic system management:
  • The positioning and identity formation of the new NPM department (where system operations can be a key driver for the department's 'man on the moon').
  • Loading and clearly communicating the broader narrative surrounding dynamic system management and system operations to both internal and external stakeholders.
The urgency of this is expected to increase after the summer, partly due to growing societal and political attention to critical networks, flexibility (flex), and safety.

Other tasks
Within the change team, there is also a communication assignment for the heat company Enpuls.
The communication advisor focuses on supporting and strengthening communication regarding Enpulse's heat dossier. The advisor brings structure, coherence, and clarity to the communication and ensures that all involved parties communicate from a single, clear line. The deployment of the communication advisor leads to a professional and well-coordinated communication approach for the heat dossier. The intended result is a clear line of communication, consistent positioning, good internal and external alignment, and appropriate support regarding the strategic and political sensitivities of this dossier.
