The role focuses on supporting and executing complex organizational changes and reorganizations within a large organization. The position acts as a trusted advisor to managers and directors, providing guidance on HR matters, employee transitions, restructuring processes, and change management. The role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to guide employees and leadership through sensitive HR situations.


Responsibilities
  • Advise managers and directors on complex HR matters, especially reorganizations and organizational changes.
  • Support the preparation and implementation of workforce changes, including impact assessments and employee transition plans.
  • Create and manage personnel overviews, role assessments, redeployment, and placement processes.
  • Coordinate communication with managers and employees in Dutch and English during change processes.
  • Organize and participate in employee information sessions and consultation meetings.
  • Manage HR processes related to reorganizations, ensuring accurate documentation and timely execution.
  • Support employees during redundancy processes, role reviews, matching, and transition phases.
  • Coordinate with HR Service Desk and HR specialists within the People & Change department.
  • Maintain oversight of multiple change projects, timelines, and stakeholder activities.
  • Provide structured advice and guidance to leadership throughout organizational transformations.
     
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner / HR Advisor role.
  • Proven experience managing reorganizations within complex, large-scale organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational change processes, social plans, employee participation, and workforce impact.
  • Excellent advisory and influencing skills at management and executive level.
  • Experience with project management and coordinating multiple HR workflows.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee discussions.
  • Empathetic and professional approach when supporting employees during periods of change.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
  • Experience with Power BI and AFAS is a plus.
