Ben jij een enthousiaste BIM Modelleerder met passie voor civiele techniek en infrastructuur? Wil jij werken aan uitdagende projecten zoals wegenbouw, riolering, kunstwerken en gebiedsontwikkeling? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!
Als BIM Modelleerder GWW werk je mee aan het ontwerpen, uitwerken en optimaliseren van uiteenlopende infrastructurele projecten. Je vertaalt ontwerpgegevens naar slimme 4D-modellen en zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen beschikken over betrouwbare en actuele informatie. Samen met ontwerpers, projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en uitvoerders werk je aan kwalitatief hoogwaardige en uitvoerbare oplossingen.
Wat ga je doen?
- Opstellen, beheren en controleren van BIM-modellen voor GWW-projecten;
- Uitwerken van civieltechnische ontwerpen in 4D;
- Modelleren van onder andere wegen, rioleringen, grondwerken en kunstwerken;
- Samenwerken met verschillende disciplines binnen het projectteam;
- Signaleren van raakvlakken en optimalisaties in ontwerpen;
- Ondersteunen bij BIM-coördinatie en modelcontroles;
- Meedenken over het verbeteren van werkprocessen en digitale innovatie.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Een afgeronde opleiding richting Civiele Techniek, Infra of vergelijkbaar;
- Ervaring met BIM-modelleren binnen de GWW is een pré;
- Kennis van en ervaring met Revit software en Autocad;
- Een nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding;
- Interesse in digitale ontwikkelingen binnen de infrastructuur;
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en plezier in samenwerken.
- Je hebt een passie voor BIM en de ambitie om je hierin continu verder te ontwikkelen;
- Je beschikt over sterk technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht;
- Je bent een teamspeler die ook zelfstandig ontwerpopdrachten kan uitvoeren;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.

Verwachte einddatum project: December 2032
Contract: freelance, ZZP, BV
Overig: 4 dagen fysiek aanwezig, 1 dag werken vanuit huis mogelijk.
Bij een reistijd boven de 60 minuten (enkele reis) kan een accomodatie geregeld worden
