About the Role
We are looking for a Content Migration Specialist to support the migration of corporate web content into a new Content Management System (CMS). You will work closely with digital communications, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure content is accurately structured, formatted, and ready for publication.
Key Responsibilities
Migrate and implement content (news, publications, pages, etc.) into the new CMS
Structure and format content according to new website templates and architecture
Review content for quality, consistency, and completeness
Apply correct metadata, tagging, and page structures
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely content delivery
Identify risks (missing/delayed content) and proactively follow up
Provide feedback on CMS workflows to improve efficiency
Requirements
Strong experience with CMS platforms (SiteCore preferred)
Proven experience in content migration or web content implementation
Fluent in English + good level of Dutch and/or French
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
High attention to detail and quality
Hands-on, pragmatic, and proactive mindset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Affinity with digital communication and web content
Availability to work onsite in Brussels (minimum 2 days/week)
For non-EU candidates: valid Belgian work & residence permits required
