We ARE Renewables is op zoek naar een Managementassistent voor één van haar opdrachtgevers binnen de energie-/nutssector. Als Managementassistent ben jij de spil binnen het team en zorg je ervoor dat de Unit Director, het Management Team en de afdeling optimaal kunnen functioneren. Dankzij jouw gestructureerde werkwijze, proactieve houding en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden verlopen dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel en efficiënt.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Zelfstandig organiseren, voorbereiden en coördineren van afspraken, vergaderingen en bijeenkomsten;
- Beheren van complexe agenda’s voor de Unit Director en het Management Team;
- Ondersteunen van management en onderliggende teams bij dagelijkse operationele werkzaamheden;
- Verzorgen van correspondentie, mailing en archivering;
- Beheren en onderhouden van SharePoint-pagina’s en Microsoft Teams-omgevingen;
- Organiseren van zakenreizen en regelen van bijbehorende administratieve processen;
- Afhandelen van inkomende telefoongesprekken en fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt;
- Samenwerken binnen het Management Support Team;
- Vervangen van collega-managementassistentes binnen het eigen cluster wanneer nodig;
- Ondersteunen van zowel interne als externe stakeholders binnen een internationale werkomgeving.
Wat je meebrengt:
- Minimaal een afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding, bij voorkeur in een secretariële of vergelijkbare richting;
- Enkele jaren ervaring als zelfstandig secretaresse of managementassistent;
- Ervaring binnen een zakelijke en bij voorkeur internationale werkomgeving;
- Ervaring met Microsoft Office, inclusief SharePoint en Microsoft Teams (must-have);
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal (must-have);
- Ervaring binnen een multidisciplinaire organisatie op hoger managementniveau (must-have);
- Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een proactieve werkhouding;
- Flexibel, nauwkeurig en stressbestendig;
- In staat om zelfstandig te werken en tegelijkertijd effectief samen te werken binnen een team.
Wat je krijgt:
- Vaste 13e maand (vakantiegeld) en 14e maand
- 20 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband
- Mogelijkheid om via het flexibel keuzebudget tot 27,5 extra verlofdagen aan te kopen
- Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer
- Netto thuiswerkvergoeding van €24,50 per maand
- Mogelijkheid tot hybride werken
