Scrum Master
Responsibilities
* Act as Scrum Master and Delivery Owner for one or more Agile squads.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions.
* Ensure the effective application of Scrum principles and Agile best practices across teams.
* Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritization, and sprint planning activities.
* Track team capacity, velocity, delivery progress, and key Agile metrics.
* Coach teams towards greater Agile maturity, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
* Identify and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery.
* Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple teams and stakeholders.
* Promote Agile ways of working and act as an Agile ambassador within the organization.
* Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
* Provide reporting and visibility on delivery progress, risks, and team performance.
Requirements
* Minimum 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master within Agile environments.
* Proven experience working in large and complex enterprise organizations.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
* Experience managing multiple dependencies across teams and business units.
* Hands-on experience with Agile delivery and reporting tools such as Jira.
* Good understanding of software development methodologies and project management practices.
* Familiarity with Continuous Integration (CI), automated testing, and modern software delivery practices.
* Strong coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
* Ability to balance Agile coaching responsibilities with delivery ownership.
* Strong communication skills with a proactive, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Fluent English and proficiency in at least one local language.
* Experience within banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments is considered a strong advantage.
