Contract Manager
You exercise strategic direction over contract management within the Maintenance portfolio and ensure that complex contracts demonstrably contribute to the continuity, safety, and reliability of business-critical locations. You maintain tight control over contractual, financial, and commercial management, including performance, obligations, changes, additional work, claims, indexations, risks, and escalations. You monitor the coherence between contractual agreements, operational performance, supplier behavior, risks, and the strategic objectives of Real Estate & Facility Management. You are end-to-end responsible for complex technical tender processes, in close collaboration with procurement; from requirements definition, market consultation, and request strategy to evaluation, award, and contract implementation. You ensure a controlled implementation of newly awarded contracts, including transition, governance, KPI setup, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. You connect technical, operational, legal, financial, and procurement content in one integrated process.
