Als BIM Modelleur Werktuigbouwkunde speel je een centrale rol binnen één van de grootste renovatieprojecten van Nederland: het Binnenhof in Den Haag. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van werktuigbouwkundige installaties naar nauwkeurige BIM-modellen en ondersteunt het ontwerpteam bij het realiseren van veilige, duurzame en goed functionerende utiliteitsgebouwen.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Vertalen van werktuigbouwkundige installaties naar BIM-modellen en het maken van ontwerp- en uitvoeringstekeningen
- Controleren van modellen op kwaliteit, toepasbaarheid en uitvoerbaarheid
- Bewaken van de kwaliteit van het BIM-model en controleren van projectgegevens van derden
- Toepassen van data voor 4D- en 5D-modellering binnen projecten
- Samenwerken met engineers, BIM coördinatoren en multidisciplinaire ontwerpteams
- Signaleren en doorvoeren van verbeteringen in ontwerp- en BIM-processen
- Ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van werkmethodieken en standaarden binnen BIM
- Werken met software zoals Revit, AutoCAD en StabiCAD
- Bijdragen aan grootschalige utiliteitsprojecten zoals ziekenhuizen, onderwijsgebouwen en kantoren
- Meewerken aan de renovatie van de Tweede Kamer op het Binnenhof
- MBO-4 of HBO opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde of Installatietechniek
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring of stage-ervaring als BIM Modelleur binnen de utiliteit
- Ervaring met Revit, AutoCAD en StabiCAD
- Kennis van BIM-methodiek en interesse in 4D/5D modellering
- Affiniteit met data en digitale ontwerpomgevingen
- Nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte instelling
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal
- Bereidheid om te werken vanuit Rotterdam en incidenteel op projectlocaties in Den Haag
