BIM Modelleur Elektrotechniek

Als BIM Modelleur Elektrotechniek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van elektrotechnische installaties naar nauwkeurige 3D BIM-modellen binnen complexe utiliteitsprojecten. Je werkt binnen multidisciplinaire ontwerpteams aan grootschalige projecten, waaronder de renovatie van de Tweede Kamer op het Binnenhof, en draagt bij aan veilige, duurzame en goed functionerende installaties.

Wat je gaat doen:

  • Modelleren van elektrotechnische installaties in BIM (Revit en gerelateerde software)
  • Vertalen van technische ontwerpen naar 3D ontwerp- en uitvoeringstekeningen
  • Controleren en toetsen van modellen op kwaliteit, toepasbaarheid en uitvoerbaarheid
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit van BIM-modellen en projectdata
  • Controleren van tekeningen en modellen van externe partijen
  • Verwerken van data voor 4D- en 5D-modellen
  • Ondersteunen bij het optimaliseren van BIM-processen en werkmethodieken
  • Samenwerken met engineers, BIM-coördinatoren en ontwerpteams
  • Signaleren van verbeteringen binnen ontwerp en digitaliseringsprocessen
Wat je meebrengt:
  • MBO-4 of HBO opleiding Elektrotechniek of Installatietechniek
  • Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring of stage-ervaring als BIM Modelleur Elektrotechniek binnen utiliteit
  • Ervaring met Revit, AutoCAD, StabiCAD en Nordinet
  • Kennis van en affiniteit met BIM-methodieken
  • Interesse in data-analyse en 4D/5D modellering
  • Gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkwijze
  • Proactieve en leergierige houding
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Beschikbaarheid om te werken vanuit Rotterdam en incidenteel op projectlocatie​​​​​​​
