Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek
Als Werkvoorbereider Elektrotechniek speel je een sleutelrol in de voorbereiding en coördinatie van elektrotechnische werkzaamheden binnen één van de meest prestigieuze renovatieprojecten van Nederland: het Binnenhof in Den Haag. Je zorgt ervoor dat planning, materiaalvoorziening en technische voorbereiding naadloos aansluiten op de uitvoering.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Opstellen van werkbegrotingen en inkoopplanningen
- Inkopen van materialen en afstemmen met leveranciers
- Uitvoeren van pre-engineering werkzaamheden
- Aanpassen en uitbreiden van technische tekeningen en schetsen
- Opvragen, vergelijken en beoordelen van offertes
- Ondersteunen bij calculaties en kostenramingen
- Bewaken van projectbudgetten en voortgang
- Verzorgen van tussentijdse bestellingen tijdens projectuitvoering
- Afhandelen van opleverpunten en restpunten
- Intensief samenwerken met projectteams, leveranciers en onderaannemers
- Bijdragen aan een efficiënte en kwalitatieve projectuitvoering
Wat je meebrengt:
- Minimaal MBO-4 opleiding Elektrotechniek
- Ervaring als Werkvoorbereider, Chef Monteur of vergelijkbare technische functie
- Affiniteit met elektrotechnische installaties binnen utiliteitsprojecten
- Gestructureerde en procesmatige werkwijze
- Goede organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
- Zelfstandige en proactieve instelling
- Flexibiliteit om te schakelen tussen verschillende werkzaamheden
- Interesse in innovatieve technieken en duurzame oplossingen
- VCA Basis certificaat
- Mogelijkheid om een VOG te verkrijgen
