We ARE Renewables is looking for an Agile Coach for one of our clients in the energy sector.
In this role, you will not work within one specific IT domain or ART, but rather across the entire organization on the further development of our transformation. You will work closely with a fellow Agile Coach and under the leadership of the Head of Agile Development.

Task and Responsibilities

-In this role, you will work at a strategic and tactical level on further developing and anchoring our transformation. You support the organization in setting and realizing transformative goals and help guide how agility contributes to organizational objectives.

-You work closely with the Head of Agile Development and a fellow Agile Coach to continuously refresh and deepen the transformation. In doing so, you pay attention to both structure and behavior: you understand how change works in organizations and know how to embed it sustainably.

-You focus on improving collaboration and alignment between Business and IT, among other things by strengthening portfolio management at the strategic and organizational levels. You help create insight into prioritization, value, and dependencies across portfolios.

-Data plays a central role in your approach. You help the organization gain insight into the progress and effectiveness of the transformation by defining what needs to be measured and how these insights can be used to make adjustments.


Key Requirements
  • You have 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach in complex organizations and have demonstrably worked on organization-wide transformations. You understand how to move from intention to structural change and how to sustainably embed this.
  • You possess strong organizational and relational sensitivity. You have a good sense of what is going on at various levels and know how to navigate effectively between interests, people, and dynamics.
  • You have experience with strategic and portfolio management and know how to leverage this to strengthen alignment between Business and IT. You can manage based on value, priority, and coherence across portfolios.
  • You have experience defining transformative goals and creating management information. You understand how data and metrics are used to provide insight into and improve the progress, impact, and value of the transformation.
  • You are strong at realizing structural change. You do not focus on isolated interventions, but on creating sustainable improvements in systems, working methods, and behavior.
  • You are results-oriented and comfortable in environments where not everything is clear yet. You do not view uncertainty and lack of clarity as an obstacle, but as a starting point to create direction, provide structure, and generate movement.
Location: Rotterdam + Hybrid
Duration: June 2026 – December 2026 (Extension is possible)
