Business & Implementation Consultant EO
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Business & Implementation Consultant for one of our clients in the energy sector.
As a Business & Implementation Consultant Electric Office (EO), your focus is on one business unit (department). You work closely with multiple key users and an expert from the department. These stakeholders have previously been involved in drafting acceptance criteria , refinements with IT , testing activities , and developing future (to-be) processes .
Task and Responsibilities
As a member of the EO Business Consultation & Implementation Team, you will work closely with:
- the Implementation Lead
- six other consultants , each responsible for their own department/business unit
- IT development teams and the technical lead team (IT Lead, Interface Lead, Migration Lead and Test Lead)
- the BMR Mobile project team
- diverse businessafdelingen
Key Requirements
- Demonstrable experience with large-scale change and implementation projects within complex organizations, with a strong people , process , and IT component .
- Strong didactic and communication skills : experience training, informing, and engaging diverse target groups.
- Basic knowledge of grid management processes (electricity) / relevant experience within the sector
- Target-group-oriented and change-sensitive approach : you have empathy, understand the impact of change on the daily practice of employees, and translate this into effective interventions.
- Strong stakeholder management : you switch between different levels, bring interests together, and create support.
- Connecting and interest-aware : you know how to balance business and project interests, build trust quickly, and know how to shift perspectives to achieve a joint result.
- Decisiveness , applying the 80/20 principle and clearly substantiating choices
- A strong team mentality : you collaborate effectively within the implementation team and actively contribute to the joint result.
- A high degree of independence and proactivity : you independently create clear plans, set priorities, and work in a result-oriented manner.
- Flexible and pragmatic attitude : you do what is necessary to achieve the result in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work largely on-site (4 days per week) during training and follow-up.
