Directievoering is het vertegenwoordigen van de opdrachtgever en het begeleiden van het uitvoeringsproces. Dit gebeurt vanaf de aanvang van de werkzaamheden op de werklocatie tot en met de aanvaarding van het project en de overdracht naar de beheerder. Tijdens de voorbereidingsfase adviseert een directievoerder over de maakbaarheid, de haalbaarheid, planning, de uitvoerbaarheid en de fasering van het project. De Directievoerder stuurt het uitvoeringsproces en bevordert de communicatie tussen de betrokken partijen, onder wie de aannemers, gemeenten, waterschappen, bewoners, stakeholders en bedrijven.
Tijdens de uitvoeringsfase van een project is een directievoerder als projectleider verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit zoals vastgelegd in het contract. Je documenteert tot en met de oplevering van het project over de voortgang. Tevens ben je regelmatig aanwezig op de projectlocaties om kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang te controleren. Bij afwijkingen stuur je bij en rapporteer dit. Ook ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing namens de opdrachtgever in de uitvoeringsfase. Je controleert, stuurt bij en rapporteert over het project. Je overlegt met de uitvoerder van de aannemer bij afwijkingen en zoekt samen naar oplossingen.

Jij bent een ervaren technische professional met een elektra en/of gas achtergrond en je hebt ruime ervaring in het begeleiden van ondergrondse infra of civiele projecten. Jij bent een regelneef die er een kick van krijgt om de neuzen dezelfde kant op te krijgen. Je vindt het erg leuk om samen iets op te lossen. Je bent duidelijk in je communicatie en maakt heldere afspraken. Naast je technische skills, heb je een klantgerichte instelling en ben je altijd bereid om oplossingen te zoeken, ook als de werkdruk stijgt. Je kunt contracten (bestekken) lezen en bent bekend met UAV 2012 standaarden. Bovendien kan je snel nieuwe dingen leren.
Je hebt lef, een enthousiaste, positieve instelling en bent een sterke persoonlijkheid. 


 Je kunt kiezen tussen vaste werving, tijdelijke staffing en detachering

De standplaats is Delft, Energieweg. De kandidaat zal ook regelmatig projectlocaties bezoeken, daarom is een geschikte auto nodig.

Wat jou verder misschien wel onze nieuwe directievoerder maakt?

  • Je bent in het bezit van mbo 4 diploma in de richting elektro/gastechniek, infratechniek.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de infrastructurele dienstverlening, bij voorkeur in de rol van uitvoerder en/of toezichthouder.
  • Je beschikt over minimaal de BEI en VIAG-THP aanwijzing, of bent bereid deze te halen.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met plannen, project rapportage en organiseren.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare coördinerende ervaring.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het werken met infra en/of combicontracten
