Senior Process Manager
For one of our clients operating within the energy and infrastructure sector, we are looking for a Senior Process Manager to support complex maintenance and operational improvement initiatives within a high-voltage environment.
In this role, you will act as the connecting link between operations, process optimization, and organizational change. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to improve efficiency, standardize processes, and ensure sustainable operational performance across the organization.

Responsibilities
As a Senior Process Manager, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives and supporting organizational change across operational and maintenance teams.
Your responsibilities include:
Identifying and analyzing internal development and improvement opportunities
Evaluating ideas and initiatives from the business and assessing feasibility and business impact
Implementing and safeguarding process improvements
Maintaining and updating process documentation within process management systems such as BlueDolphin
Monitoring implementation and adoption of adjusted or newly introduced processes
Managing stakeholders across different departments and organizational levels
Translating tactical objectives and OKRs into concrete operational improvements
Conducting process analyses using operational data and workshops with business teams
Preparing well-founded change recommendations and building organizational support
Monitoring dependencies, progress, quality, and successful implementation of initiatives
Driving continuous improvement initiatives within maintenance and operational processes
Example of Your Day
You start the day together with business stakeholders, reviewing operational performance insights and determining key focus areas for upcoming improvement initiatives.
You translate strategic objectives and OKRs into practical process improvements and align priorities with operational teams and stakeholders.
Throughout the day, you analyze operational workflows, facilitate workshops with business teams, and identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
You prepare change recommendations, create stakeholder alignment, and ensure that initiatives are implemented successfully while maintaining oversight of dependencies, quality, and long-term process sustainability.

You will become part of a change and process improvement environment focused on operational excellence within complex infrastructure operations.

You will work closely with a dedicated maintenance and operations team responsible for executing annual maintenance plans and continuously improving operational efficiency and incident response activities.

Profile Requirements
We are looking for a strong communicator and change-driven professional who can translate strategic and tactical goals into practical process improvements.
You are analytical, resilient, and capable of navigating both operational and management-level discussions while maintaining focus on results and stakeholder alignment.
Requirements:
HBO or WO level education or equivalent working/thinking level
Minimum 5 years of experience within process management and change management
Experience with Lean or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Experience with change frameworks such as PROSCI, Agile, or SAFe
Experience with process analysis and tooling such as BlueDolphin
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience within technically driven sectors such as infrastructure, utilities, construction, or engineering is highly preferred
Affinity with IT-driven process optimization and operational transformation
Understanding of regulatory and operational complexities within technical environments
