Demand Manager OT/Telecom
You will contribute to the further development of demand management within OT Infra & Telecom. Together with colleagues, you work on redefining, structuring, and strengthening the domain. You help bring clarity to roles, responsibilities, and working methods, and contribute to a future-proof setup. You do this in close collaboration with the existing governance organization.
Core Demand Management Activities:
- Translating business demand into feasible solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders, specialists, and suppliers.
- Acting as a bridge between business and execution, with a focus on the medium term and predictability.
- Contribute to the development, further development, and lifecycle management of products and services.
- Monitoring the usage, performance, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction of delivered services.
- Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager and Service Delivery Manager to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
- Managing suppliers within one's own domain.
- You have an affinity for and preferably knowledge of a complex OT/IT environment and/or (critical) network environments.
- You are strong in stakeholder management and know how to effectively connect the interests of business, operations, and suppliers.
- You are analytically sharp, have strong communication skills, and are able to reduce complex issues to clear, actionable choices.
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and switch easily between content, direction, and relationships.
- You possess at least a higher professional education (HBO) level of work and thinking.
