Business and project Analyst Intelligent Automation and AI Service

We are seeking a Business & Project Analyst to join the SITO department and support the integration of Intelligent Automation and AI into the company's electricity transmission operations.

You will act as the bridge between Business and IT, helping to define, coordinate, and implement AI-driven solutions that support the energy transition and improve operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support business teams in leveraging AI and automation to navigate increasingly complex operations

  • Define business expectations and translate them into clear requirements for implementation teams

  • Act as an internal advocate for AI and automation adoption

  • Analyse business needs and describe functional/technical requirements for AI solutions

  • Assess the value of AI and automation use cases

  • Coordinate cross-functional implementation of new technologies

  • Train and support business users to optimise their use of AI tools


Requirements

  • 9+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager

  • In-depth knowledge of different types of AI and automation on the market

  • Proven experience implementing AI in a large company (regulated environment such as TSO is a strong plus)

  • Strong knowledge of Project Management (methodologies, governance, planning)

  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills

  • Independent, proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Customer-focused, flexible, critical thinker, team player

  • Language: Excellent command of Dutch and/or French + good command of English

  • Degree: Civil engineering, commercial engineering, master in science, or equivalent

  • EU work permit (non-EU candidates must have valid Belgian work/residence permits)


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in the energy sector or a TSO (Transmission System Operator)

  • Familiarity with regulated environments
