About the role
For a dynamic and fast-paced operational team, we are looking for an Intake Employee / Administrative Support Specialist who enjoys combining customer contact with administrative processing. In this role, you will help ensure that operational and financial processes run smoothly from start to finish.
You will work in a highly digitalized environment where most processes are automated, but where manual follow-up, problem-solving, and customer support remain essential. The role requires someone who can switch quickly between administrative tasks, customer communication, and process improvement activities.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries and objections via phone and written communication
- Processing and supporting administrative and financial workflows
- Monitoring ongoing processes and resolving issues when they arise
- Supporting invoicing and payment follow-up activities
- Collaborating with colleagues to improve internal processes and workflows
- Acting as a key user and first point of contact for process-related questions
- Participating in working groups and contributing to operational improvements
- Ensuring accurate and timely administration
Profile
- MBO+ or HBO working and thinking level
- Excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to prioritize and work independently
- Calm under pressure and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented attitude
- Team player with strong communication skills

The position follows a hybrid working model, combining office work in Delft with remote working flexibility.
