Technical Sales Consultant
You will act as the technical expert supporting the sales team in delivering sustainable temporary energy solutions. You will bridge the gap between technical operations and commercial sales by designing tailored energy solutions, advising clients and partners, and providing technical guidance throughout the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Answer technical questions from sales managers, clients, and rehire partners
- Design and customize temporary energy solutions based on customer requirements
- Provide technical support throughout the sales process
- Train sales colleagues and clients on technical products and solutions
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to align technical capabilities with customer needs
- Support partners and customers with technical guidance and troubleshooting
- Ensure the sales team has the necessary technical knowledge to successfully deliver solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the organization
- Help drive the transition toward sustainable and emission-free energy solutions
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar technical sales or consulting role
- 5–7 years of overall professional experience
- Minimum HBO/Bachelor’s degree level
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong technical knowledge of energy solutions or related technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience training and supporting colleagues, clients, or partners
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and improving existing solutions
