Mission Overview

You will work alongside internal teams and external specialists to contribute to the development of a sustainable, green, and reliable energy infrastructure that supports economic growth while reducing environmental impact.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a high-quality database of technical drawings, including versions and metadata.
Manage construction documentation files.
Search for High Voltage, Low Voltage, and LA&S drawings within the ProjectWise system (eGis / ProjectWise).
Coordinate with external parties within ProjectWise and take necessary follow-up actions, including:
Requesting drawings
Performing quality checks
Managing comments and revisions
Following up on recurring plans
Import, modify, and delete technical drawings while maintaining metadata accuracy in ProjectWise.
Perform quality control on metadata of received drawings after project delivery and/or after redlining activities (site modifications).
Follow up and execute required actions related to sending drawings to Service Centers.
Conduct audits related to document classification on sites.
Together with the team, ensure all stakeholders follow the end-to-end drawing management process and perform regular audits.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (electricity/mechanics), administration, or equivalent through experience.
Ability to understand technical drawings and related documentation (e.g. title blocks).
Good knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
BA4 or BA5 certification, or willingness to obtain it through training.
Willingness to learn and work with specialized software systems.
Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills with close attention to detail.
Comfortable handling database management-related issues.
Technical knowledge of high-voltage networks is considered a plus.
Team-oriented, flexible, proactive, and positive mindset.
Native-level Dutch language skills are required; good knowledge of French is an advantage.

Hybrid setup: 2–3 days onsite required per week
