Project Engineer Hoogspanning
Bij Stedin werk je aan projecten die ertoe doen. Als Senior Project Engineer Hoogspanning in Utrecht draag je direct bij aan een betrouwbaar en toekomstbestendig energienet voor miljoenen mensen. Je kiest voor inhoudelijk werk met maatschappelijke impact, waarin techniek, samenwerking en slimme oplossingen samenkomen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je werkt aan complexe vraagstukken, in een omgeving vol afwisseling en uitdaging. Dat maakt jouw werk niet alleen belangrijk, maar ook inspirerend.
Je zorgt dat complexe hoogspanningsprojecten technisch kloppen van ontwerp tot uitvoering. Je vertaalt functionele ontwerpen naar slimme technische oplossingen, stuurt engineers aan of voert zelf de engineering uit, afhankelijk van de projectgrootte. Met jouw ervaring en technisch inzicht lever je uitvoerbare plannen, heldere documentatie en betrouwbare netberekeningen. Je werkt volgens de Systems Engineering-methodiek en stemt nauw af met projectleiders en uitvoerders. Zo zorg jij ervoor dat ontwerpen niet alleen op papier kloppen, maar ook in de praktijk perfect uitvoerbaar zijn. Zo krijg je nieuwe energie!
Jouw rol in hoofdlijnen:
- Verantwoordelijk voor de engineering (werkpakketten) van meerdere hoogspanningsprojecten;
- Zelfstandig of in teamverband opstellen van multidisciplinaire engineeringpakketten, waaronder netberekeningen en specificaties;
- Proactieve bewaking van de voortgang en het proces, oplossen knelpunten, terugkoppelen bevindingen;
- Managen van de technische uitvoering, inclusief coördinatie van de engineering van andere disciplines waaronder Netautomatisering, Tracé Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Detail Engineering en Bouwkunde;
- Het delen en borgen van de inhoudelijke kennis binnen en buiten de afdeling vanuit onze kennisgroepen.

Je bent een teamspeler, resultaatgericht, proactief en je leert snel. Je koppelt analytisch inzicht aan coachende kwaliteiten en je staat stevig in je schoenen. Je bent een overtuigende gesprekspartner voor de stakeholders (intern en extern) en je kunt complexe concepten in begrijpelijke taal communiceren. Tot slot ben je in staat om risico’s goed in te schatten en acties te ondernemen om deze te voorkomen.
Wat jou verder onze nieuwe Senior Project Engineer maakt?
- Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding richting elektrotechniek of energietechniek.
- Je hebt minimaal vijf jaar projectmatige ervaring met engineering van hoogspanningsinstallaties en bijbehorende systemen.
- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een engineeringsteam.
- Ervaring met Systems Engineering is een pre.
- Je hebt een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
