Service Technician 

As a Service Technician, you are responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing climate control and air conditioning systems at various customer locations. This role offers a combination of technical work, customer interaction, and continuous professional development in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, maintain, and test climate control installations.
  • Diagnose malfunctions and resolve technical issues.
  • Replace defective components and perform repairs.
  • Commission and optimize new installations.
  • Report on completed work and installation status.
  • Support and guide assisting technicians when needed.
  • Monitor systems remotely and perform software updates where applicable.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational education in refrigeration technology, electrical engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Experience as a service technician within climate technology or HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of air treatment, heating systems, control technology, and air conditioning.
  • Customer- and service-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
  • Willingness to work outside regular hours when necessary.
  • No fear of heights.
  • Valid VCA-VOL certificate and F-Gases Category 1 certification, or willingness to obtain them.
  • Valid category B driving license.
