Network Designer Telecom
We ARE Renewables is looking for a Network Designer Telecom for one of our clients in the energy sector.
The Telecom Network Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions that meet the needs of our organization. As a Telecom Network Designer, you are responsible for creating the designs to implement these. When creating these designs, you ensure that these solutions can be properly embedded in operations.
Task and Responsibilities
- You translate the Telecom Domain Architecture into technical designs that are implemented by network operators
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- You advise the organization on technical issues from an architectural perspective.
- You participate in procurement processes by providing requirements for network technical solutions.
- You can present technical solutions to a diverse audience (you are able to make complex concepts understandable to everyone).
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Network Designer in the Telecom sector.
- You have completed a Bachelor's degree in ICT or higher (for example, a degree in (Technical) Informatics).
- You have broad knowledge of network equipment from various vendors such as Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, and Fortinet
- You hold CCNP/JNCIP certification.
- You are and enjoy working in a solution-oriented manner and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Duration: ASAP – November 2026 (Extension is possible)
